Hi 100milesaway!!
No I didn't. But if you mean the 2012 (61reg) white one thats all kitted up with luggage and heated hand grips etc with 1500miles on the clock I did have a test ride on it last week. They wanted ?8500 for it and also wanted ?8999 for a basic brand new one with no extras which I thought as steep.

I didn't particularly want to buy an ex demo bike as you only get half an hour test ride on it, so after 1500miles how many people have ridden it and hammered it???

I finally found mine at J&S in Doncaster, it was pre registered on on 27th July this year on a 12 plate so just 3months old, and it has only 4 miles on the clock! I got it for a bargain price with the 2 years interest free finance (may as well keep my hard earned savings in the bank)!

I did telephone Orrell about this bike before I bought it but the sales person seemed amazed at that price and said he wouldn't be able to get any where near it with a similar bike!

They did have another Versys 1000 there pre registerd the same as mine at J&S and was sold to someone who put a Versys 650 in for P/X......was it anybody here
