I was there with the wife on the National Express trip from Darlington,
excellent value but the hotel was at East Midland Airport 1 hour 10 mins
away. My wife got me it as a birthday present ( don't know what I've done
wrong this year, last year was two weeks in Spain & F1 weekend tickets
at Barcelona).
I happened to mention that if TT tickets were to appear I would only need
spending money & accommodation, here's hoping for next year.

I've been a long-term critic of Mr. Crashmore but these last two races have altered my opinion.  The technical win based on tyre choice was probably a team decision but he executed it perfectly in difficult conditions and his Silverstone performance (at least from the TV shots) was a revelation - brilliant to see him having the confidence to push back against Marquez and dice with Rossi.  Hope he can continue to do so.

Brilliant ride, put him on the full factory Honda and he would be a podium challenger every week.

It was a superb race, but sadly spoiled by the juvenile and petulant behaviour of one of the other riders ....what a knob  :192:

Ahem!

He is the real deal... it's not a fluke. He's on the podium again.

Fantastic opener to the 2019 MOTOGP season... what a race!

Don't know how to say this ....but I'm starting to warm to Carl.  :015: It's going to be a hell of a season if it continues like this.  :38:
