Cheers for the replies I realised they were hard to come by but I've sorted it today, I had one of the
front sprocket nuts that would not shift even after 1 hour of windy gun & heat treatment at a well
respected motorcycle mechanic so I thought I will jam back sprocket with a metal bar through the
swingarm, result a hairline crack in the brace weld near the axle, I eventually ground the nut off
the front sprocket. So I am left with this cracked weld, aluminium welders are as rare as the swingarms
but I fortunately got told about a guy Simon at Kings Fabrications near my home town of Darlington so emailed him
over the weekend and dropped it off this morning should be done tomorrow, bonus is he rides a ZZR1400
so obviously he is aware of the safety aspects plus a lot cheaper than a new swingarm.
