Newbie - EdP650
« on: May 17, 2019, 09:45 PM »
Hi Guys,

Just picked up my Burnt Orange  V650 yesterday. Been riding for about a year now, mainly for commuting.

Needed a taller bike (im 6'4), as my little CB500 was getting a little cramped!

Going to go about giving the new bike a bit of a scrub up, replacing a few bits to freshen her up again, and desperately looking for a cheap top box set up (If anyone has one going!). Looking to go down the Givi Monokey route.

Already had a quick nose around teh forum and can see I have come to right place.

Cheers,

Ed

Welcome along, Ed. Enjoy the bike and forum. :031: What year is your orange?

As you may glean, a lot of the most active members here are at the annual UK Versys meet in the Yorkshire Dales this weekend. You can expect a fuller welcome when they get home and recover as best they can after several days of beer drinking, ass grabbing and parading around the countryside.  :152:

Hi and welcome to the forum.

The 650 is a cracking bike. Enjoy it for what it is and get out on it.
