Yep, keep adding a penetrating concoction every day for about a week before trying to undo it, if that fails or you want it out sooner, use a Dremel or similar, cut a slot into the nut, and into part of the bolt too if you need to in an effort to avoid cutting into the casing. The fuller the cut of the nut is, the more pressure you will relieve.
