Make the best of your remaining time in the EU and use your EU consumer rights to the fullest. Do not pay or demand back money for unnecessary repairs and use your 2-year complaint period to file a complaint as needed (as opposed to taking in damage to save the hassle). Remember, your claim is not egoistic fight for your rights, giving up rights and accepting sub-par service is harming everyone else who come after you.

Well finally solved, when the technicians took off the brake they removed the brake cable clip from the hugger, only to put it back on upside down causing tension in the cable which pulled on the blocks slightly causing the noise, put it back the right way up and the noise is gone. Only after contacting Kawasaki and their technicians told them to check the cable did they realise their error. Won’t be using them again!
    Don't worry be happy!

Glad that you are sorted.  But, what about the money you spent on the disc rotor, that it didn't need
What would you rather be, or a wasp?

Not buying that as new pads has the issue, refit old pads went away. You saying they changed the clip each time. No need to move the clip at all. They are talking complete shite.
    Upside is it's sorted 👍
