« on: Jan 21, 2020, 06:26 PM »
i'm changing air filter and spark plugs on 2016 versys 650 . easy so far but how do you get plastic cover off under air filter to get access to plugs, i dont want to force it.
is there bolts on it somewhere so i can get it off or do you just lever it till it comes off.
is there an easy way to get it of, look at pic please
any help appreciated

Not done a 2016 but on Mk 1 there are 4 bolts you can clearly see which I can't in your photo, anyway when you get them off there is a pipe from the airbox underneath which connected to crankcase breather and you need to remove the clip on that.

Make sure you fill throttle bodies with rags in case you drop any of the bolts  :5:
