HELP WITH GPS MOUNT PLEASE
« on: Feb 16, 2020, 02:27 PM »
I have a versys with the Kawasaki GPS mount, but it appears to be too close to the tank.

I'm not sure how this can be as it's just a bit of metal that bolts onto the yoke. But it does mean I can't believe it will take a TomTom and allow me to turn the bars.

Er, help?

I wondered if it was due to bar risers, but doesn't look like it

But there is definitely no room for a GPS

The gps mount has been fitted upside down. It is wedge shaped and the taller side needs to be nearest to the tank bringing your satnav up and away from the tank.

Should look something like this when it's done

Bear in mind the TomTom is still close, but should just fit when used i both horizontal and vertical modes.
