Ahhh!  Sorry.  Hadn't checked the agenda yet.  I see now that it's item 4.3 - immediately after the discussion on the new byelaws and voting on the introduction of proposition 742(b) to limit the number of geckos that any one one member can individually own ... which I personally support wholeheartedly.

15 is a reasonable number.

Well ... some might argue that the ACTUAL answer is 54 (six times nine).
Although, others argue 6 x 9 using base 13 does in fact equal 42 (in base 13).
Yet others argue that the answer is 36, (6 x 9 in hexadecimal).  This is a very popular belief since hexadecimal is a 'digital' number system that is a logical extension of binary (which many argue is the ultimate number base) ... and because 36 has a stronger 'symmetry' than either 42 or 54.
So, enough confusion to put the whole '42' debate into question.

Oh ... and further support for the answer being 36:

It is both the square of six and a triangular number, making it a square triangular number.
It is also the only triangular number (other than one) whose square root is also a triangular number.
It is also a circular number a square number that ends with the same integer by itself (66=36).  So it's a square, triangular, circular number.
It is the number of degrees in the interior angle of each tip of a regular pentagram.
It is number of possible outcomes (not summed) in the roll of two distinct dice.
It is the largest numeric base that some computer systems support because it exhausts the numerals, 0-9, and the letters, A-Z.
And finally ... the sum of the integers from 1 to 36 is 666.

OK.  I'll get back in my box now.

He is the self appointed King of the Committee.

We are allowed our say, as long as we do not say it out loud.
We can all have our opinion, as long as it is the same as Richards.
If we want the same thing as Richard then we will be happy, if we want something different from Richard then we will be disappointed.
