It's here!!1!

A very neat 2008 Versys with 19000 kilometres, some nice mods already done (fender extender, hugger, high screen, crash pads, raised handlebars although I'm not sure about this, vac port mod, small case and tankbag).
If it wasn't for the fact that I'm waiting to have it on my name and ready to use, I couldn't be happier! Something did not go as planned and it is not ready to use yet.

I have now spent some time prepping the suspension, but the rear shock does not want to comply with the adjuster tool. Might buy a proper one for that.

(oh and if anyone is interested in my previous project, my Citroen 2cv before my first motorcycle you can check https://myalbum.com/album/UJpQkbfWBA83 out)

Nice job on the 2cv. Are those original colours or a bit of artistry on your part?

Did you do the Morgan too?

Thanks! As it turns out, I was able to fix the registration problem and did some riding in our backyard this weekend. Well, nog the actual backyard but some nice roads in the area. What a ton of fun! Maybe due to experiences with my old bike, bit it's so comfy and has awesome handling!

And thanks uralrob, it's colours weren't original but the idea of having the fenders in a different colour is (it's the 2cv Dolly). That Morgan is actually called a Burton kitcar based on the rolling chassis of a 2cv. That one belonged to my dad and that project was with him and my brother. Also a really fun thing (was slower than it looked though).

A 2cv in a look alike Morgan. That would have slowed it up a bit  :008: . Makes a little more sense of the Brexit movement, 'tho.

Hat's off to you and your family. Great projects  :123A: .

I'll be checking out Burton kitcars. Maybe they do an E type shell that would improve the looks if not the performance of my Honda Fit/Jazz  .

  :028:
