Zeta XC Flasher hand guards
« on: May 20, 2020, 02:49 AM »
Anybody put these on their Versys? I'm thinking about taking out my stock blinkers and throwing these on to double as handguards/blinkers.

Thinking about going for. more of a street fighter look and I think these would look nice on the bike. I currently have bark busters on them but they're a little scuffed up and I think the bike would look better with the Zeta's.

So you bolt them onto the BarkBusters aluminium spine?

I tend to agree with Kevin, I applaud the idea but am not gone on the execution.
But hey, if you like them go for it, it's your bike!

Signal flasher and running lights. These strip lights can be added by supplying a separate positive keyed source , you could tap off the headlights, they have a electronic override that if the signal light positive is supplied, it turns the white running light off for the duration of the signal on time and waits about 1 second to turn the white back on. I have two relays and a 3 wire electronic flasher , the relays were for a earlier set up, since my bike is 100% led now, I thought I would post this, The 3 wire flasher is adjustable and about $4 , very easy to install. All you need to do is remove the 2 wire OEM flasher and supply a ground for the flasher, then adjust the on time, good for up to 150 watts.

All LED as of March 2020 , using SafeGo LED headlight , both low and high beam, in this photo the high beam is the old Osram 65 watt night breaker, low beam is SafeGo 36 watt

I thought it was beautiful Kevin! Quick thinking humour is the reason I and others still stick around the forum.

It glows green in the summer and is evergreen in winter, in all fairness it pretty much glows and probably even twinkle flashes all year long with all the lights.

I can only apologise for the hurt caused when I pointed out that cheap Chinese LEDs all over your bike looks "Gash"  :notsure:
