Tank bags
« on: Jul 14, 2020, 09:07 PM »
Hi folks,
I have just purchased a secondhand  650 Versys ,registered October 2016.
I'm looking for a tank bag , maybe about 16ltr. I think I'd prefer a magnetic bag but I'm open to the idea of one that fits using the tank lock.
Any recommendations?
Thanks.

I've used both types....tank lock one by a country mile.  :002:

Definitely the tank lock versions. More practical for re-fuelling, less scratching of the tank (so long as you fit a tank pad) and mine has lasted 8 years plus (second hand purchase).

Something shaped to the tank like this. It can fit an amazing amount of stuff, enough for me to go on long day rides without needing a back pack or any other luggage and is simple to detach and carry with you when needed.
