    I'm glad to hear you are OK. Didn't sound good at the beginning. Being rear ended can result in some serious injuries.   :22: :33:

    I'm not saying it's you that's jinxed, so maybe you need a different bike, even if it's a different Mk3...    :027:

    Thanks all. Think it just boils down to wrong place at wrong time.  Can't be the bikes colour as I've managed 55,000 miles on a green Bandit 600 with no serious mishaps lol
    Once this one's all sorted and hopefully back ok & repaired am going to persevere with this one, adapt as best possible to experience gained. Just gelling with this bike as well as it feels & performs differently to the old mk3 I had.

    hope you are ok now, sorry to read this but in my experience these things happen all at the same time. Hopefully you're out of it now and will enjoy years of incident free riding now!

    All fine just annoyed as other party insures playing up/non responsive despite cam footage.
    Hopeful repairs completed early July :)

    Terrible bank hol weekend on the roads here 8 people have died in various accidents including 3 bikers ( 2 from UK touring )

    We heard about the two UK bikers when we were queuing for the ferry yesterday.
    Sounded like a very bad way to go.
