So many things I want to write but I fear that we are taking away from the importance of the thread and the invaluable information contained regarding freeing up the rear preloaded adjuster.

Just to recap.
Take it off the bike and hit it with a hammer.

Phew. I am glad I managed to get back on topic and I didn't say anything about drilling Shandy in the middle of Hawes high street whilst TM stands around with his cock out and everything recorded for prosperity on the webcam.
