Thank you.
The ride home was great, just need to do a few bits to personalise it and make it mine.

The committee did meet, in a secret hidden bunker in Hawes! They schemed and planned, using trickery and deceit to cover their tracks. :107::107:

This is what they came up with…

The next NVM location and dates has been decided but will be given out a little later.  :152: :celebrate:

After blagging a local test ride, I set about looking for a nearly new 650.
Today we went up to Derby and picked up this beauty and rode her home.
Welcome to your new home. :celebrate:

I really don't remember the mileage, I was in my 20's had other things on my mind then and never did any servicing either, just threw me leg over it every morning and rode for 10 hours a day, never let me down once.
Pulled the trigger on the Versys this morning. Thought I'd do a bit of detective work as the last 3 stamps are from the same garage I'll track them down and see what info I can get. The dealer is going to service it, new rear tyre and change the chain and sprockets it's in really good condition so looks like it's been looked after well. The mileage won't worry me too much I only ride for the fun of it, do less than 2k a year.

Davie.  It will go off of it's own free will. Don't worry, no harm is being done. My 019 did it a couple of times, it went out in it's own time.
